Comedy Workshops
We are currently offering the following workshops. If you would like to sign up, please use the associated button. All workshops will take place at the Blue Brick Theatre, located at 209 W Calder Way in downtown State College. All participants in our workshops must sign and abide by our community standards which can be found here. Participants must also adhere to all local masking ordinances and provide proof of vaccination.

Being Authentic in Scenes w/ Dawn Rosenbaum ($20)
Join as we learn how to enrich our improve scenes and characters by adding our personal flavor and truth.
Dawn Rosenbaum has been doing improv since 2003, and joined Happy Valley Improv as a company member in 2018. Dawn is part of the improv teams Zipper Merge, He Said/They Said, and Space Jam, and is the director of Pardon My French and See You Next Time. Dawn is also a lead instructor of Happy Valley Improv, and frequently helps to facilitate the Improv Practice Group. When not performing Improv, Dawn can be found baking and blogging, enjoying food and the outdoors, and providing medical care at a local Urgent Care.
