Classes

Note: All in-person Happy Valley Improv classes are suspended until further notice. We will be offering virtual e-prov classes on an ad-hoc basis.

Currently, we are offering the following classes. Please click the one you would like to sign up for.
 ​Introduction to Virtual Improv

This class will teach the basics of virtual improv in a fun and supportive environment. This course will run for four weeks for an hour and a half each session. We will focus on collaboration and fostering connection over a virtual medium.

This class will take place on Tuesday nights, fully over Zoom. Participants will be given meeting information before class. Please note that our E-prov classes will be a different track than our normal improv classes.

​Comedic Writing

This class will inspire ideas for writing a comedic piece with the intent of submitting to the Slackjaw Humor Writing Competition. Each week will be focused on exercises on comedic writing, peer feedback, and editing. 

This class will take place on Tuesday nights, fully over Zoom, and run for four weeks. Each class session will start at 7pm and run for 2 hours. Participants will be emailed meeting information prior to the start of the first class and will be required to sign and follow our community standards which can be found here. 

*No Comedy Experience Required
