Classes
Happy Valley Improv offers a range of classes, from a full improv sequence (Levels 1-4) to improv master classes to standup, comedic writing, sketch, and more!
Check out our current class offerings below. Please also note our Economic Hardship Scholarship, which is available for Level One. We are also willing to work with discounted rates or payment plans for those who can't quite cover the cost - just reach out to us at happyvalleyimprov@gmail.com!
All classes are held at the Blue Brick Theatre, 209 W. Calder Way, State College, PA 16801.
VACCINES REQUIRED
Happy Valley Improv, LLC and the Blue Brick Theatre will, at the minimum, adhere to all CDC, City, and State guidelines surrounding COVID-19 and other infectious diseases as they evolve.
With the recent uptick in COVID-19 cases in our community, we now require all actors, students, and audience members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Please have your vaccination card or a photo of your vaccination card, along with your photo ID ready for your first class. If you are unable to prove vaccination status, you will not be able to take classes at this time.
We want to keep our doors open to the community and provide weekly live entertainment. We understand we cannot remain open in the case of a COVID-19 outbreak. This step will help us minimize the probability of shutting down while protecting our community as a whole.
We know these are uncertain times. If at any point you have concerns about attending a show or taking a class, please let us know and we will issue you a full refund.
